RDX Technologies (f/b/d/a Ridgeline Energy Services) filed for Chapter 11 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Arizona, case number 17-14387. The Company, which operates as an energy services and water treatment provider, is represented by Mark J. Giunta of the Law Office of Mark J. Giunta. The U.S. Trustee assigned to the case scheduled a January 8, 2018 341-Metting of Creditors.
RDX Technologies initiated a previous Chapter 11 filing on December 17, 2015; however, that case was dismissed on May 20, 2016 at the request of CWT Canada II Limited Partnership, Resource Recovery. The Company also initiated a previous filing under Canada’s Companies Creditors Arrangement Act (CCCA).
In 2016, CWT Canada II Limited Partnership, Resource Recovery’s told the Court, “This is the second bankruptcy proceeding filed by RDX in four months – it abandoned its first filing in Canada. Both filings are fraudulent and intended only to delay the inevitable day of judgment against RDX for embezzlement….In addition to the request for stay relief, the CWT parties are requesting that this bankruptcy proceeding should be dismissed, because as shown below, Danzik, who purported to sign the petition on behalf of RDX, had no authority to do so under the law of Alberta, Canada where RDX is incorporated.”
