The Company, based in McKinney, TX, is a recreational real-estate services company that rents out for memorable events two venues (one holding up to 150 guests and the other 230) in the historic and charming building of a former mill erected in 1872. The building is envisioned to be further renovated and commercially viable for office, retail and luxury urban living.
The Company’s Chapter 11 petition, submitted by President and Owner, Bradley Kidwell, indicates total assets between $1 and $10 million and liabilities in the same range. The Company will be represented by Reedy Macque Spigner of Spigner & Associates, P.C. throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.
