Ciber Bankruptcy Stipulation Approved

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved Ciber’s claims settlement stipulation between the Debtors and LS Selborne House Limited.

As previously reported, “Upon the Parties’ entry into this Stipulation (a) claim number 592 shall be granted as an allowed unsecured non-priority claim (Class 3 General Unsecured Claims of the Plan) against Ciber in the amount of $1,600,000 in favor of LS Selborne and (b) claim number 566 shall be deemed withdrawn….The objection deadline for approval of the claims settlement stipulation with LS Selborne House Limited was November 17, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). No objections or responses were received….On July 14, 2017, LS Selborne filed identical proofs of claim (claim numbers 566 and 592) in the Chapter 11 Cases asserting an $15,299,321.30 unsecured claim against Ciber.”
