The Company is headed by President Wayne M. Guyther III and is based in Vineyard Haven, MA. It is represented in bankruptcy proceedings by Adam J. Ruttenberg of Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP.

The Company recently filed a motion with the Court to ensure that pre-petition wages be paid to its 12 employees. In other filings, Hinckley cites estimated assets and laibilities at $1 to $10 million.
