ColoradoBiz Magazine named UpShot Services’ Co-Founder and President, Robert Klamser among the state’s top-25 “most influential young professionals.”
According to his corporate biography, Klamser has managed every facet of 100+ high-profile bankruptcy cases. Before co-founding UpShot Services, Klamser was the Director of Corporate Restructuring Services and former Vice President of Operations at one of the nation’s largest claims and noticing agents.
The ColoradoBiz article notes, “Robert Klamser revolutionized the bankruptcy process by developing a system for electronic claim and ballot filing that was the first in the nation used in a corporate Chapter 11 proceeding.” Klamser received both his B.A. (cum laude) and M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in 2002 and 2008, respectively. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association.
