The Company, which operates as an online retailer of cell phones and wireless plans and offers e-commerce services, is represented by Robert S. Brady of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor. Simplexity’s predecessor, InPhonic, emerged from a previous Chapter 11 filing in March 2009, and Simplexity indicated total assets between $10 and 50 million on its current bankruptcy petition.
